Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Partnership Development Manager to join our team. As a strategic role, you will be responsible for implementing national market access strategies across the relevant region to increase market access by identifying, winning, and optimizing formulary listings within wound care. Your primary goal will be to drive sales and account growth by working in partnership with the National Health Service (NHS).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute national market access strategies at a regional level to drive formulary inclusion and generate/open market access.
  • Grow Urgo Medical's product market share through established and new relationships.
  • Support the achievement of regional sales targets through new market access.
  • Establish and implement pathways of care and market tools to support Urgo Medical's advanced wound care and compression range.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior NHS stakeholders.
  • Develop and promote the Regional/National product portfolio.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in a sales environment with strategic responsibility.
  • Passion for making a difference in the lives of people with wounds.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, presenting meaningful insights.
  • Strong internal and external relationship-building skills with multiple stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of the NHS, including key policy drivers and organizational structure, particularly within Integrated Care Systems (ICS).
  • Customer-focused, confident, driven, and self-motivated individual.
  • Knowledge of the wound care market is desirable but not essential.

Location

This role will be primarily field-based, requiring travel across the designated territory as needed to meet customer and business requirements.
