Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Acquisition Manager to join our team at Michael Page Marketing. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement plans to drive optimal acquisition and performance across direct digital channels, including Paid Search and SEO strategies.
  • Manage a team of digital agencies to deliver commercial outcomes and maintain trading performance.
  • Own the digital roadmap, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for new revenue streams through strategic partnerships.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform plans and strategies, and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level in a related discipline, such as business or economics.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO.
  • Highly numerate and data-driven, with experience in managing budgets and controlling costs.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in managing agencies to optimize acquisition initiatives.
