About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paid Media Assistant to join our team at JD Sports. As a Paid Media Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the group leads in cascading information throughout the paid media team to improve campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the market and paid search accounts.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal departments to support product launches and promotions.
  • Manage the bid management platform to meet targets and KPIs while ensuring we are up to date with any enhancements and beta tests.
  • Assist in project delivery to maintain alignment across the group.
  • Provide concise written English to take minutes during senior partner meetings and present back to group leads.
  • Support the management of UK and international paid accounts and review the delivery of paid campaigns.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement testing and optimizing campaigns to meet targets/KPIs.
  • Support the teams as required with day-to-day activities including SQL reports, landing page checks, KW audits, and building out campaigns.
Requirements
  • Resilient nature and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good basic knowledge of the digital landscape and paid channels including Google Shopping, re-targeting, and display, and paid social.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Docs.
  • An understanding of budgets, KPIs, and ROI.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical, insightful, and able to draw key points from data analysis.
  • Experience/knowledge of other digital channels and multichannel marketing.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
