Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Record and update customer information and job details in our systems.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure efficient and effective job completion.
- Assist in monitoring job screens and providing support to the contract manager and supervisors as needed.
- Provide adequate support and cover for other administrators during peak periods and annual leave.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance trades and tasks/activities.
- Good geographical understanding of the Woking area.
- GCSE or equivalent qualification in Maths and English.
- Vast experience of MS Office, including Word and Excel, with accurate typing skills.
