About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team at Howden Group Holdings. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive global Workday support across our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess business requirements and design technical solutions to fulfill Workday needs
  • Support the HRIS Manager in strategic projects and module deployments
  • Roll out and adopt Workday across the organization
  • Work with the HR Team to analyze, develop, and implement HR projects and changes
  • Manage the prioritization and execution of Workday fixes
  • Design and maintain Workday reports and dashboards
  • Support automation and process improvements across HR Systems
  • Support Workday system changes and upgrades
  • Ensure Workday integration with key business systems
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar role with solid Workday configuration experience
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in facilitating Workday training
