Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced nurse to join our Transformation Unit as a Head Nurse. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of nurses in providing high-quality patient care and support in the Neurosciences and Spinal Care Services department.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of nurses in providing patient care and support in the Neurosciences and Spinal Care Services department.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of patients with head injuries.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and support.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior nurses and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • First-level degree in nursing and record of continuous personal, professional, and academic development.
  • Experience in leading a team of nurses and developing care plans.
