Position: Engineering Trainer for Maintenance
Salary: £29,700 - £37,500 + Public Sector Benefits

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Engineering Trainer to join our expanding educational institution. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong engineering background, particularly in the fields of Food and Drink or Hydraulics & Pneumatics.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to enhance their work-life balance while contributing to the development of future engineering professionals. Our institution is currently experiencing significant growth, and you will be part of a dedicated team of lecturers, some of whom are in the process of obtaining their teaching qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train apprentices at levels 1-5 in Engineering disciplines.
  • Deliver T-Level courses focused on Engineering.
  • Receive comprehensive training to become a qualified lecturer.

Candidate Profile:

  • A strong willingness to pursue teaching qualifications in Engineering.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in the Food and Drink or Pneumatics and Hydraulics sectors.
