Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Trinity Resource Solutions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Manage orders across UK sites and our overseas partners, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Customer Service: Provide fast and accurate responses to all customer queries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process Adherence: Ensure adherence to our segmentation process, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Compliance: Adhere to compliance concerning set process flows, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with commercial teams on pricing, minimum order quantities, and logistics, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Information Flow: Ensure best-in-class information flow to customers on logistics and lead times, maintaining transparency and trust.
  • Pricing and Quotations: Manage and continually improve pricing; quotation / price files, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • System Administration: Ensure that systems are administered consistently and accurately, maintaining high standards of data integrity.
  • Internal Champion: Act as an internal customer champion, promoting excellent customer service and support across the organization.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Assist across the department wherever there is a need, taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: GCSE or equivalent qualification in Maths and English.
  • Experience: Experience of customer service and/or sales support, with a strong understanding of Microsoft products, including Excel and Word.
