Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a warm and welcoming environment
  • Support with accurate and timely completion of all store documents, including rotas and staff punctuality
  • Take an active role in training and developing the team, encouraging progression and creating a skilled team
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including allergens and store risk assessments
  • Assist with overseeing optimal stock and wastage levels, ensuring proper ordering and training of key staff
  • Maximize sales opportunities through excellent presentation, ordering, and sales techniques
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure targets are met, reviewing development plans to hit store targets
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant Costa Coffee brand standards and communications
  • Develop people management skills to get the best out of team members
  • Ensure consistent communication with line managers and office staff
