About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Provide safe and effective medication management and administration
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Current NMC registration
- Good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices
- Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
