QHSE Coordinator

Job Summary:
The QHSE Coordinator will play a crucial role in driving performance and promoting a positive health and safety culture within a dynamic and professional working environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading real estate and facilities management provider as they continue to grow and expand their operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with key stakeholders to foster a culture of health and safety excellence
- Support the development and implementation of health and safety strategies, identifying opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of health and safety functions
- Assist in the assessment and development of health and safety across the site, including data collection and report writing
- Collaborate with the QHSE and Compliance Manager to ensure seamless execution of health and safety initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in health and safety, preferably in a corporate environment such as commercial buildings, retail, or facilities management
- IOSH Managing Safely certification as a minimum, with NEBOSH general certificate (or equivalent) being desirable
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
