Future Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Area Account Manager to join our team in North London. Our client is a leading national sign, vehicle branding, and graphics company providing bespoke signage solutions to a wide range of clients across the UK.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Area Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
- Account Management: Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients, ensuring their signage and graphics needs are met.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a small team to achieve targets and deliver high-quality work.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage and maintain accurate records, prepare quotations and sales orders, and oversee general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the signage and graphics industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Driving License: Full clean UK driving license and ability to travel in and around the UK.
