About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Youth Development Lead to join our team at The Prince's Trust. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting young people to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of programmes to support young people in education and employment.
  • Work closely with delivery partners to ensure the successful delivery of programmes and services.
  • Provide training and support to volunteers and delivery partners to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality programmes.
  • Monitor and evaluate programme performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to programme delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in programme development and delivery, preferably in an education or youth-focused setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions.
