Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Market Manager to join our team in Indonesia. As a Market Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining relationships with local hotel partners, coordinating with other departments, and driving business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the team in maintaining relationships with local hotel partners and coordinating with other departments involved in assigned projects.
  • Train new hotels on how to use the extranet, manage rates and availability on site.
  • Assist in activating hotels in consultation with Market Managers to manage supplier accounts.
  • Resolve issues related to accounting, allotment, notification, cancellations, etc.
  • Participate in market and competition research.
  • Evaluate production and determine follow-up actions.
  • Prepare business review reports as necessary.
  • Coordinate merchandising activities for hotel partners with special deals and promotions.
  • Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of content and photos for new and existing hotels.
  • Manage other ad-hoc administrative requests and operative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Detail-oriented and fast learning capability.
  • Prior experience in the Travel & Tourism industry is a valuable asset, but we prioritize candidates who demonstrate a positive and results-oriented attitude.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, with proficiency in Arabic or Chinese being an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Dynamic, positive, and a good team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Relevant experience in e-commerce, marketing support, hotel reservation and coordination, or revenue/yield management would be an advantage.
