National Account Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Executive to join our team at Suntory Global Spirits. As a key member of our commercial business, you will be responsible for growing our premium brands across the UK, with a focus on whiskey specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account management strategies to drive sales growth and brand awareness
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including whiskey specialists and luxury retailers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives and meet customer needs
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve budgeted targets
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales or commercial experience, preferably in the spirits industry
- Proven track record of success in account management and sales growth
- Strong understanding of the UK spirits market and whiskey specialist segment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
