Position Overview: As a Project Financial Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our project management team, ensuring that all financial elements of the construction initiative are handled proficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain precise financial documentation and oversee the processing of invoices to guarantee prompt payments to vendors and subcontractors.
  • Assist in the formulation of budget projections and financial summaries.
  • Track and report on project spending in relation to established budgets.
  • Collaborate with project leaders, engineers, and other key stakeholders to ensure accurate financial tracking.
  • Provide support to the procurement department with cost-related insights and analyses.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with cost management software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) is advantageous.
  • Experience with large-scale construction projects or similar initiatives is preferred.
