As a Financial Bids Manager, your role will be unique. You will be part of the new business team within our Nuclear division, supporting both our Naval Nuclear and Civil Nuclear proposals.

Your daily responsibilities will include managing all financial components of proposals and expansion initiatives within the Nuclear Sector, while ensuring adherence to internal governance standards and external regulations:


Assist the Finance Director as needed in strategic planning, business development, and growth-related initiatives linked to the Sector's five-year planning framework.

Provide financial assistance to proposals and other expansion projects through advanced financial modeling and risk assessment.

Prepare and present pricing structures, financial outcomes, and forecasts; this position is full-time, requiring 35 hours per week and regular travel to Bristol, alongside remote working options.


Agile working arrangements may be available to employees in certain situations, applying principles of fairness and consistency while meeting essential business requirements.

We are open to considering flexible, blended working arrangements, including part-time, condensed hours, and job sharing. Essential Qualifications for the Financial Bids Manager

Strong customer relationship management abilities.
Required Qualifications for the Financial Bids Manager

A recognized professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, ACMA, CIMA, ICAEW, ICAS) or equivalent.
