Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an outstanding service to customers, providing expert advice and guidance on our products.
  • Work towards and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Report directly to the Area Sales Manager, receiving regular feedback and coaching to support your development.
  • Participate in product training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest products and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store environment.
