We are seeking a Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team at Inc Recruitment. As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and sales support to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a great attitude, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for sales. You will have the opportunity to work with a fast-paced sales and marketing company, representing some of the most well-known brands in the country.

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will have the following responsibilities:

  1. Providing excellent customer service to our clients
  2. Sales support and advice to our clients
  3. Working with a team of sales and marketing professionals
  4. Participating in training and development programs
  5. Meeting sales targets and exceeding client expectations

Full client and product coaching is provided, as well as access to a fantastic support and mentoring network. No experience is necessary, but a background in hospitality or a similar industry is preferred.

People who have been successful in this role have previously worked as hotel receptionists, waiters or waitresses, and Duty Managers. This is through skills developed at dealing with people, and great communication skills through working in the bar, restaurant, hotel, and hospitality industries.
