About the Role

Solventum is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing our Medical Surgical Solutions Value Proposition for Negative Pressure Wound Therapy in both the Acute and Community Settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration, and product use.
  • Manage key accounts and opportunities through professional customer relationship management processes and applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Life Science, Business, Clinical, or Nurse-related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the medical industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth, expanding customer relationships, and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Remote working experience.
