Job Opportunity at Neilson Financial Services

We are seeking a motivated Sales Agent to join our UK team, providing life insurance options to families and individuals. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales enquiries, providing accurate information on products, and meeting individual and company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales enquiries and provide product information
  • Meet sales targets and quality assurance standards
  • Support customers in securing financial protection for their loved ones
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales or customer service environments
  • Target-driven and motivated individual
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • High level of resilience and motivation to succeed
  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Competitive starting salary of £27,500 to £30,000 with potential for increase to £40,000 plus OTE £60,000 to £85,000
