Job Title: Field Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in the North Sea. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our Tampnet infrastructure at on and offshore locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Survey, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of microwave radio links, LTE/4G, VSAT, and network equipment offshore globally
  • Mechanical assembly of large antennas
  • Electrical connectivity of devices
  • Preparation, testing, and staging of equipment
  • Incident investigation and handling at on and offshore locations
  • Close cooperation with project managers and engineers
  • Creation and revision of Tampnet site documentation
Qualification Requirements:
  • Previous telecommunications experience
  • Previous offshore experience
  • Health declaration is part of the application procedure
  • Flexible, inquisitive, and relevant education
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Relevant and valid offshore certifications

  • Strong verbal and written skills in English
  • Flexible, reliable, inquisitive, and proactive nature
  • Ability to cope with a high pace of work in a hectic environment
  • Structured work approach
  • Ability to work independently or in a team and possess good collaborative skills
