Deputy Surgical Ward Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Surgical Ward Manager to join our team at Priory Hospital North London. As a Deputy Ward Manager, you will play a key role in the management of our NHS Acute Adult Ward, working closely with the Ward Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Ward Manager in the day-to-day management of the ward
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
- Lead and motivate a team of nurses and healthcare professionals
- Contribute to the development of the ward's quality improvement plan
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
- RMN qualification
- Mentorship qualification (desirable)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Experience working in inpatient mental health settings
- Experience in completing audits and quality improvement projects
