The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Collections Executive to join our collections department. As a Collections Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and sustaining a constructive, supportive, and professional working relationship with all customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a first-class service relating to the resolution of any non/under-paying customers
  • Contribute to proactive campaigns to achieve weekly collections
  • Refer to contractual loan agreements to ensure prompt repayment terms
  • Data input, accurately inputting data across multiple systems
  • Deal with ad hoc queries from clients/merchants regarding payments

Requirements

  • At least one year's experience with Customer Service/Accounts Receivable/Credit Control ledger maintenance

  • Be highly reliable, organised, and adaptable
  • Have excellent attention to detail and confidence working with data
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong work ethic and can-do attitude
