About the Role:

Fawkes & Reece (North) is seeking an experienced and skilled Multi Skilled Operative to join their team. As a Multi Skilled Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance to tenanted properties, including undercutting doors, boxing in, and general joinery works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned maintenance to tenanted properties, including joinery works and basic plumbing
  • Work closely with residents and within people's homes
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with residents and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Minimum of NVQ Level 2 qualified (ideally Level 3) or equivalent in Carpentry/Joinery
  • Experience of working with tenanted social housing properties
  • Clean driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
