Multiskilled Tradesperson

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our Property Maintenance team at Wigan Council. As a multiskilled tradesperson, you will be responsible for providing a robust and efficient repairs service across our housing stock.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake repairs and maintenance to a high standard and in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Work as part of the WLBS Delivery team, providing support to other trades as and when required.
• Carry out repairs and maintenance to our housing stock across the borough.

About You:

We are looking for motivated tradespersons who have a keen interest in the construction/building maintenance industry. You will have over 2 years' experience of working in the social housing sector and hold NVQ 2/3 or equivalent qualifications in the desired trades.
