About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Officer to join our team at Queen Mary University of London. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying issues and providing solutions for the management, organisation and delivery of essential administrative processes related to education programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement systems related to quality processes and tracking of information required for professional bodies.
- Collaborate with academic staff and team members to deliver excellent student experience.
- Develop and maintain documentation and archives of programme content and diets.
- Ensure compliance with University regulations and quality standards.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Administrative experience, ideally within the field of Quality Assurance in Higher Education.
- Experience of developing procedures and informing decision making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- The ability to balance competing pressures, deadlines and complex demands.
About the School of Engineering and Materials Science
The School of Engineering and Materials Science is a large and diverse community with 110 academics and a similar number of postdoctoral research staff. We have around 1000 undergraduate and taught postgraduate students and 220 PhD students, supported by an administrative and technical staff team of 45.
