Job Title: Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at Lane Head Nursery, Rosedale C of E Infant School, and Short Heath Junior School. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our teachers and students in achieving their full potential.

About the Role:
  • Support teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons to students with varying needs.
  • Assist students with their learning, providing individualized support and guidance as needed.
  • Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, promoting positive relationships among students and staff.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.

Requirements:
