About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Community Support Worker to join our team at Essex County Council. As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support to adults in their own homes and communities, helping them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with adults, their families, and other professionals to assess and review their needs, develop and implement support plans, and provide practical assistance with daily living tasks. You will also work collaboratively with other teams and services to ensure that adults receive the support they need to achieve their goals.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about social care, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
