Job Title: Chief Product Officer

Camlin Group is seeking a visionary leader to drive the product vision, strategy, and value proposition for multiple markets and customer segments throughout the Energy Industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and define the product vision, strategy, and value proposition for multiple markets and customer segments.
  • Align closely with the Chief Technology Officer and consider customer insight and wider market trends to determine the overarching strategy, development roadmap, and lifecycle management for all Camlin's SaaS, data, devices, service, and support offerings.
  • Lead a team of Product Managers to set the global product/service portfolio line-up and direction, value proposition creation, and commercial pricing framework.
  • Collaborate with regional commercial and customer solutions/success teams to understand and consolidate the voice of the customer and competitive analysis.
  • Drive the product discovery process, ensuring products align with customer needs and market trends, and implement a process for continuous prototyping before committing to full development.
  • Define new market opportunities, product positioning, and differentiation, driving innovation by giving clear direction and requirements to the CTO's technology teams for development.
  • Brief the commercial and marketing teams on product offerings and their respective solution and benefit cases targeting key personas.
  • Contribute, align, and comply with Camlin's sustainability, health, safety, and environment, legal, and information security policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement and cross-company collaboration.
  • Monitor and optimize revenue, GP, market share by category, segment, and product line, refining product planning and line-up as appropriate.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • B2B experience ideally within a related industry background.
  • At least 3 years in a Product Directorship position.
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of product, service, and support planning and strategy driven by customer insight with proven ROI results.
