Product Strategy Director

Camlin Group is a pioneering technology leader that empowers innovation across diverse industries, including power and rail, with a strong focus on R&D in scientific sectors.

We prioritize high-quality engineering and design to deliver market-leading products and services. Our Product Strategy team collaborates closely with the Chief Technology Officer to drive the development roadmap and lifecycle management for our SaaS, data, devices, service, and support offerings.

This role is critical in shaping the global product/service portfolio, value proposition creation, and commercial pricing framework for our markets, in conjunction with regional teams.

We seek a visionary leader with a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements to drive customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores.

  • Lead a team of Product Managers to set the global product & service strategy, line-up, lifecycle, value proposition creation & commercial pricing framework.
  • Collaborate with regional commercial & customer solutions/success teams to understand customer needs and competitive analysis.
  • Drive product discovery, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends, through continuous prototyping and user testing.
  • Brief commercial & marketing teams on product offerings and solution & benefit cases targeting key personas.
  • Contribute to Camlin's sustainability, health safety & environment, legal, and information security policies.
  • Define the commercial product lifecycle strategy, including service and support strategy.
  • Align with regional teams for customer & field service, CTO's teams for digital delivery & support, and COO's teams for SLAs, frameworks & governance.
  • Ensure overall product quality and health management.
  • Establish performance metrics and KPIs to measure product success, including user engagement, retention rates, feature adoption, and customer satisfaction scores.

  • Ensure comprehensive understanding of product usage & usability insights, collaborating with commercial insights team to share learnings.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality products and services.
