We are seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our team at The Recruitment Experts. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.

- Lettings Process Management: Manage the entire lettings process from initial inquiry to move-in, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.
- Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing properties to prospective tenants and providing valuable insights into the local rental market.
- Rental Negotiations: Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants, striving to achieve the best outcome for all parties.
- Market Insights: Stay updated with local rental market trends and provide valuable insights to clients.
- Administrative Duties: Handle all necessary paperwork and administrative duties related to property lettings.
- Experience: Proven experience in a lettings role, preferably within the property industry.
- Negotiation and Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
