We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join our team at JD Sports. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales and profitability in your store.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Develop and implement sales and visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
- Monitor and control store expenses and inventory levels to ensure profitability
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures and ensure compliance in the store
- Proven retail management experience with a strong track record of sales and customer service performance
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
