Job Title: Experienced Lead Mechanic

Job Summary:

EVera Recruitment is seeking an experienced lead mechanic to oversee production in a large 20,000-square-foot facility. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient management of all production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and project manage the manufacture and assembly of subsystems, including battery boxes, steering assemblies, chassis, and transmissions.
  • Lead a team of electrical and mechanical technicians, providing technical guidance and resolving any issues during bespoke vehicle conversions.
  • Oversee the mechanical workshop, electrical workshop, and production departments.

Requirements:

  • At least five years of hands-on experience in vehicle mechanics, preferably with classic cars or bespoke builds.
  • Proven ability to plan production schedules, track progress, and ensure quality control.
