About the Role

We Are With You is seeking a highly skilled Data Officer to join our team. As a Data Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data management system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collate and analyze data from various sources to produce high-quality reports and insights.
  • Develop and maintain our data management system to ensure seamless data collection and processing.
  • Design and deliver data-based training programs to staff and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and analysis.

Requirements

  • Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven track record of delivering data-based training to groups and individuals.
  • Knowledge and understanding of collating data and managing database packages.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in an office environment.
  • High degree of analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital media.
