Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team at Agility Resourcing. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing data to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Survey Design and Analysis: Design and execute surveys to gather data and analyze results to inform business decisions.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex data-related issues that impact business operations.
  • Store Layout Optimization: Analyze data to optimize store layouts and improve customer experience.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Business, or Accountancy.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively present data insights to stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
