About the Role

At Esland, we're committed to providing exceptional care and support to children in need. As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment for our young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to children in a residential setting
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of individual care plans
  • Participate in therapeutic and educational activities to promote children's well-being and development
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
Requirements
  • A full driving licence issued in the UK
  • Right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • Values aligned with Esland's, including a therapeutic and person-centred approach to childcare
  • Aged 21 or above
  • Previous childcare or support work experience is advantageous but not essential
