Ntrinsic Consulting is seeking a skilled CRM Analyst to join our team. This role is essential for analyzing customer data and interactions to derive actionable insights that will strengthen client relationships and optimize business outcomes.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with various departments, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to design and execute effective CRM strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of Reseller Behavior: Examine reseller preferences and behaviors by analyzing demographics, purchasing patterns, product usage, spending habits, loyalty metrics, and other pertinent data.
  • Support for Portal Management: Collaborate with the CRM Operations Manager to maintain the portal, ensuring content is uploaded and providing support to ensure optimal portal activity.
  • Enhancement of Partner Portal: Improve the partner portal by assessing user interactions and generating regular reports for team discussions, fostering teamwork to enhance portal functionality and user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient understanding of CRM systems and management skills, preferably with Salesforce
  • Exceptional analytical abilities
  • Strong database management expertise
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Access and Excel (a technical assessment will be conducted during the interview process)
