Job Title: Data Analyst

Join Samsung Electronics Perñu as a Data Analyst and contribute to the success of our European Customer Service operations.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for the organization. You will build an 'always on' view of our partners' performance across various metrics, create regular performance reporting, and develop positive working relationships with colleagues and content partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for the organization.
  • Build an 'always on' view of our partners' performance across various metrics.
  • Create regular performance reporting on CS operation, critical metrics, and projects to key collaborators.
  • Develop and manage positive working relationships with colleagues, content partners, and other teams within Samsung.
  • Translate business requirements into meaningful sets of SQL queries for Ad Hoc analysis and new reporting solutions.
  • Explore data to identify trends and anomalies, develop new analytical capabilities/solutions, and find new monetization opportunities.
Requirements
  • Substantial experience in data analyst/business analyst/data scientist role.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in computer science/engineering or quantitative discipline (Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics).
  • Experience working with Tableau/Power BI and other analytic tools.
  • Familiarity of working with large relational databases.
  • Proficiency using SQL full time.
