Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team working on cutting-edge defence technology, specifically in the areas of radar, sonar and communications systems. This role offers a hybrid work environment, with our main office located in Crawley.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to all stages of the test process, from development to execution, ensuring that our systems meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
  • Conduct defect reporting and produce detailed test reports with in-depth analysis and debugging.
Requirements:
  • Background in Systems Engineering, with specific experience in radar and/or sonar systems desirable.
  • Proficiency with testing tools such as Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, and Spectrum Analysers.
  • Hands-on experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring systems meet end-user expectations.
