Job Title: Senior Systems Integration Specialist

Matchtech is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful integration of complex systems and ensuring that they meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture and manage requirements for complex systems
  • Design and define functional and physical systems architecture
  • Develop Engineering Management Plans (Safety Management, Test Integration & Acceptance, Technical Risk Management)
  • Gather verification evidence for system requirements
  • Creation of procurement specifications for sub-systems and components
  • Writing test specifications
  • Conducting design reviews
  • Environmental qualification plans (EMC, Temperature, Shock & Vibration)
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of systems engineering experience in a defence or similar industry
  • Proficient in using requirements management tools (DOORS, Visure, or R4J)
  • Work package management experience in JIRA
  • Strong report writing skills
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with the full development lifecycle of a product
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders
