Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team in Crawley, UK. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex systems, leading engineering projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software and hardware systems, ensuring they meet customer requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Lead engineering projects, including planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software and hardware engineers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to improve system design and delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in software and hardware systems engineering, with a strong understanding of design-to-cost approaches.
  • Ability to adapt and react to change, with a flexible and agile mindset.
  • Experience with management and engineering tools, including DOORS, Polarion, TFS, and JIRA.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
