Job Overview

Prospero Health and Social Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Registered Manager to lead our care services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for vulnerable children aged 8 to 18 years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support services
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each child
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £47,000 to £58,000 per annum
