Overview

The Senior Client Development Director is a key role that requires a deep understanding of client needs and a strategic approach to driving business growth. As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customized sales solutions that address client priorities and drive revenue growth for Epsilon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead internal teams to prepare and deliver objective-based solutions that meet client needs
  • Facilitate day-to-day management of client accounts, both internally and externally
  • Negotiate with client decision-makers to create positive outcomes for Epsilon and the client
  • Develop a roadmap for client success, driving satisfaction, growth, and trust over time
  • Develop internal talent to deliver strong results and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional sales and marketing experience
  • 3+ years of tourism/destination marketing experience
  • Client management experience or sales experience (client side, ad solutions, direct marketing, agency experience)
  • Multi-disciplined marketer with expertise in strategy, analytics, media performance, forecasting
  • Self-motivated, able to identify opportunities, new business, and market gaps
  • Ability to assess client objectives and formulate strategy to meet those objectives using Epsilon's full product offering
  • Comfortable with consultative sales and solution selling
  • Strong business and strategic planning acumen
  • Understanding of marketing program design, execution, and measurement
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Effective communication across multiple levels of an organization
  • Demonstrated sales and business development experience
  • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Sales Management software
