Career Development Senior Manager

Overview
The Senior Client Development Director is a key role in driving revenue growth for Epsilon. As a client partner, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized sales solutions that address their compelling priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead internal teams to prepare and deliver objective-based solutions
- Facilitate day-to-day management of accounts both internally and externally
- Negotiate with client decision-makers and influencers to create positive outcomes for Epsilon PeopleCloud Solutions and the client
- Develop a roadmap for success over time that enables client satisfaction, growth, and trust
- Develop internal talent needed to deliver strong results and client satisfaction
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional sales and marketing business experience
- 3+ years of tourism/destination marketing experience
- Client management experience or sales experience (client side, ad solutions, direct marketing, agency experience)
- Multi-disciplined marketer with expertise in strategy, analytics, media performance, forecasting
- Self-motivated with ability to identify opportunities, new business, and market gaps
- Ability to assess client objectives and formulate strategy directly to those client objectives using Epsilon PeopleCloud Solutions' full product offering
- Comfortable with consultative sales and solution selling
- Strong business and strategic planning acumen
- Understanding of marketing program design, execution, and measurement
- Strong negotiation skills
- Effective communication across multiple levels of an organization
- Demonstrated sales and business development experience
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint and Sales Management software

- Competitive salary range: $145,000 - $165,000 base salary + commission
