Sales Account Manager

Join Wella, a leading beauty company, as a Field Sales Account Manager and take on a challenging role that requires a consultative approach to business development. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth within your territory of accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver sales targets through a highly disciplined journey planning and visiting a combination of existing and prospect accounts on a daily basis.
- Partner with hairdressers to develop their salon business through action plans to attract new clients, drive client loyalty, grow their spend per client, optimise salon & staff operations, and improve salon image and equity.
- Utilise our portfolio of products and services to delight our salon partners and their customers.
- At least 12-15 months direct selling experience in a field-based position.
- Experience in using a consultative approach to business development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Digitally savvy and knowledgeable about the beauty industry.
- Ability to hold yourself accountable for the success of your territory and operate with a high level of discipline.
