  • Analyze existing data sources to identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, and potential areas for improvement.

  • Work with technical teams to design data solutions that align with business objectives, considering data modelling, integration, and reporting needs.

  • Provide input into the selection of appropriate tools, technologies, and methodologies for data projects.
  • Create comprehensive documentation of business and data requirements, data flows, and process workflows.

  • Presents findings, insights, and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Participate in project planning, prioritization, and timeline management for data related initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams throughout the project life cycle.
  • Monitor project progress, identifies risks, and proactively addresses issues that may impact project success.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Provide input to refine and enhance existing processes, methodologies, and frameworks for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure that scheduled and maintenance tasks are performed on time and accurately.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests from internal and external customers.
  • Monitor data inputs and outputs for quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in delivery, release management, or related roles.
  • Familiarity with data development life cycles (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, issue tracking systems, and collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in coordinating data deployments, managing client relationships, or customer support is advantageous.
