## Job Description

### Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Application Specialist to join our team at Intec Select. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for building and configuring SaaS applications for new clients, working closely with clients to enable integrations such as Microsoft Exchange / Google Workspace and SSO (Single Sign-On).

### Key Responsibilities

* Build and configure SaaS applications for new clients
* Work with clients to enable integrations such as Microsoft Exchange / Google Workspace and SSO (Single Sign-On)
* Author and support clients with technical project/design documentation
* Participate in "Out of Hours" escalation rota
* Provide technical support to internal/external users
* Basic HTML/CSS experience
* Intermediate SQL (SSMS)
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Entra
* Basic knowledge of AWS
* Knowledge of networking/firewalls/VPNs

### Requirements

* Proven experience providing technical support to internal/external users
* Basic HTML/CSS experience
* Intermediate SQL (SSMS)
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Entra
* Basic knowledge of AWS
* Knowledge of networking/firewalls/VPNs
