About this opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Dynatrace / Cloud Specialist to join our Monitoring & Alerting team within Operations & Service Enablement. As a key member of our Cloud Platform team, you'll play a crucial role in driving our tech modernisation agenda and enabling Lloyds Banking Group to become the biggest Fintech in the UK.

Key responsibilities

  • Use your diagnostic skills to analyse technical information from various sources, providing effective solutions and strategies for improving service and processes in complex environments.
  • Install and maintain products and services, ensuring our high standards, policies, and service levels are met.
  • Analyse application and performance, review existing deployments, and identify gaps or improvements.
  • Evaluate, plan, and lead on new Systems Management technologies and initiatives, prioritising customer interests.
  • Contribute to risk processes and adhere to SOX and ITEC processes.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, enhancing their knowledge and skills.

Requirements

  • Experience with Dynatrace on cloud platforms (essential).
  • Previous design and delivery of solutions for Dynatrace implementations, configuration integrations, and APIs.
  • Cloud DevOps tooling skills, including GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Spinnaker.
  • Scripting skills in multiple languages, such as PERL, BASH, SHELL, HTML, XML, C, SQL, JavaScript, JSP, XSLT, Python, and Jython (essential).
  • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work with diverse colleagues.
  • Proactive approach, balancing workload and competing priorities, and identifying next steps.
