About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Omega Resource Group. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services, as well as the market and customer needs.
  • Review and optimize our supply chain to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Prepare and present customized quotes and proposals to clients, addressing their specific needs and requirements.
  • Attend industry events and exhibitions to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments, and to promote our products and services.
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Work closely with our technical, financial, and production teams to ensure that quotations and proposals are accurate and within our company's capabilities.
  • Conduct regular reviews of our product offerings and suggest improvements and developments to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Previous sales or account management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or construction-related industry.
  • Construction or manufacturing background would be an asset, but not required.
